Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Turkish Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a representative of one of the world's most recognizable companies, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support across multiple channels – chat, email and phone.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
  • Good analytic skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
