Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges. Proficiency in English is essential, while Spanish and French are desirable. A degree in Engineering or a related field is also preferred.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring maximum satisfaction and success.
- Identifying and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collecting feedback on the product and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Occasionally supporting sales teams with technical demos.

An estimated salary range for this position is €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in central Porto.
