About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Advisor to join our Customer Support team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inquiries from new and existing users (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offer independent and proactive customer solutions.
  • Advise, train, and support the customer before and after the purchase of services.
  • Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in German and proficient in English (B2).
  • You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
  • You have an interest and passion for Social Media.
