About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our activities in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Provide accurate sales and financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the design and build or real estate industry.
- Proven track record in managing and realizing design & build projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers in the design & build sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
