The Job Description:

  • This role requires a strategic lead in crafting, managing, and optimizing social media initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • You'll take a holistic approach to develop campaigns that increase brand presence, foster community engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.
  • This involves working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful social media strategy across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's business goals, brand identity, and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.
  • Plan, test, and implement paid social media campaigns to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on strategy and performance.
  • Previous experience managing social media for brands or in-house teams in a remote, e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
