At Host Wise, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Team Member to join our team in Porto. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

We value our guests' experience and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service. In this role, you'll manage and communicate with our booking partners and customers to guarantee a smooth workflow before, during, and after stays.

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing support, guidance, and solutions to their inquiries over Zendesk and telephone. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that customer requests are met promptly, and our guests have a positive experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing priorities, multitasking, and problem-solving
  • Providing 1st level support, guidance, and solutions to guests
  • Receiving, assessing, prioritizing, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Covering the reception area and carrying out day-to-day tasks

A competitive salary range for this position is approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're passionate about delivering great service and have strong communication skills in English, further language skills in French or Spanish are an asset.
