Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately €28,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, they will receive meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and private health insurance after 6 months.

Job Description

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in their native language. Your primary duties will include:

  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, or chat to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance.

You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You must be able to empathize with customers, remain calm under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar applications.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
  • A strong understanding of customer-centricity and empathy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
