Cloud Partner Account Manager with German: Driving Growth and Success

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our team and drive growth and success. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving Annual Recurrent Revenue (ARR) growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increasing adoption of new services, retaining partners, and delivering a best-in-class partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
- Analyze territories and develop plans to identify top potential partners
- Perform account planning with managed partners, including detailed analysis and strategy development
- Train partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
- Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement process, equipping them with resources and tools to achieve success
- Motivate partners to adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling, increasing their operational efficiency
- Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate
- Prioritize and manage partner relationships, avoiding churn and retaining valuable partnerships
- Engage internal resources to support partner growth and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry
- Proven experience in Cyber Security, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
- Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services
- In-depth knowledge of the cloud market business model, with a strong understanding of channel and field sales
- Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Team-player with a positive attitude, thriving in a global environment and eager to help others
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability, willing to adjust to changing responsibilities and strategies
- Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales skills
