Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Salve Consulting. This role requires proficiency in German and excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, offering solutions and alternatives
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve or close help tickets effectively
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases for future reference
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users
  • Strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Capability of working independently and as an effective team player
