As a Digital Sales Representative with Indonesian-English, you will be a key player in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers, providing professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio to provide consultation and advice
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team to increase the customer base
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build a strong and trusting relationship with them
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team-player contributing to overall team sales targets
