Customer Service Professional

Linde Global Services is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to existing and new customers.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, mail, and email by resolving simple queries that impact business performance. You will also ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer data and manage channel requests to the appropriate person or department.
To succeed in this role, you should have minimum secondary school education, proficiency in Dutch (native or C2 level), and English (B1 level preferred). SAP/ERP basic knowledge is required, and previous experience in customer service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office) is an asset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for handling customer requests, complaints, and other inquiries on a daily basis.
