Job Summary
The Assistant Aura Manager is a key role in the Aura department, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are met. This includes personalizing guest stays, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement customer experience management tools and monitor results to ensure compliance with goals.
- Manage customer incidents and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist the Aura Manager in planning and assigning daily tasks, including inventory management.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and requests efficiently.
- Train and develop Aura department staff in hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High level of Portuguese and good English language skills.
- Hospitality degree.
- Leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills.
- Quality and customer service oriented.
