Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Portuguese market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy leaders and other stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with generics expertise
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
