We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Ambassador to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to take their career to the next level.

**About the Role:**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and delivering on sales strategies for the EMEA region. You will manage a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Run a high-performing sales pipeline and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Utilize innovative prospecting techniques to target new groups and divisions within existing Zendesk customers.
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, unicorns, and enterprise businesses.

**Requirements:**

  • Native level of Spanish and fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
  • Passion for consultative sales and a drive to overachieve on targets and metrics.
  • Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), with a curious and customer-centric approach.
  • A 'Can Do' attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable.
  • Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model: Lisbon office and remotely.

**Salary Range:** €30,000 - €40,000 per annum.
