Business Development Executive

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Multipessoal, a multinational heating company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales.
• Track all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success.
• Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Excellent cold calling and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
