Main Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Expert Lead at AXA Group Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Design activities on BAU and Enhancements, working closely with dedicated Business Analysts. You will identify opportunities for new products, add-on services, or Silva application requirements and share them with the Product Development team. Your solution communications will include monthly release note communications and demo organization.

Silva Adoption:

You will support the adoption of the Silva Framework, promoting Silva Processes, Roles, and Organization. You will also promote the adoption of the BAU Model post-Silva deployment, focusing on best practices for raising Silva Tickets through the Portal. To decrease email communication related to ticket follow-ups, you will make use of Channels - Tickets / Community. You will prepare and steer the Silva Monthly Release Meeting, identifying enhancements impacting customers, explaining and detailing the rational and impact on users. You will manage daily and operational activities to ensure BAU enhancements deliveries, coordinating with 3 to 4 Business Analysts. You will also act as a main Solution Design representative in the Silva Leads weekly meeting and support the ALM process adoption & improvement, as well as the AGO Programs & initiatives.

Support Customer Satisfaction:

You will focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring SLAs for Silva Incidents and Requests assigned to the Solution Delivery team are met. You will deliver enhancements on time, honoring the 'Target Delivery' date, addressing pain points related to Silva, and identified training needs related to Silva. As an escalation point for BAU & Enhancement tickets, you will liaise with the Silva Demand Manager & BAU Manager to ensure client expectations are well understood. You will inform the customer on ticket resolution, attend BAU and ENH meetings with regions, and engage with the right people/Business Analysts in case of escalations. You will also act as a Technical Subject Master, supporting developers, Business Analysts, and BAU support teams. You will identify bottlenecks, impediments, and matters for improvement, proposing mitigation plans/corrective actions. You will engage with Silva Leads regularly, understanding pain areas and noting open items. You will attend meetings with customers, defining quality parameters associated with client satisfaction, and supporting the Silva Demand Manager & the Silva Customer Success Manager.

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in solution design, managing functional aspects, and requirements. You will understand design guiding principles, with proper alignment with AXA Design main guidelines. You will have expertise in animation, prototyping, research, visual, and interaction sketching into epics, user stories & specifications. You will be able to manage proper alignment with the client, helping to sketch and deploy Silva products in a cost-effective way by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements fulfilling business needs. You will also manage proper alignment with the Development team and testing team. ITIL & ServiceNow Certifications would be a plus. The prerequisite for this position includes ServiceNow trainings: Sys Admin, Sys Admin Advanced, Scripting, Orchestration, and knowledge of XML, CSV, WSDL, Webservice Rest & Soap, X509, EIP, Hubs. You will have past experience in development using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Macros, Client Scripts, Workflows, Catalog forms, Email Notifications, Import Sets, MID Server, Integrations, Web Services, etc.
