Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the accounting team with process-related tasks, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Process invoices and expenses, handle supplier queries and payments, and clear supplier documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and analyze reports, including tax documents, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects, contributing to the improvement of our financial processes.
• Collaborate with international entities to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving our accounting practices and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or current student in a relevant field.
• Willingness to develop skills in accounting and finance.
• Previous experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
