About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by phone, email, and live chat.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by phone, email, and live chat
  • Solve issues encountered during the booking process or loyalty programs
  • Take an active role in finding the right booking
  • Follow up on issues during the vacation
  • Provide good solutions incl. refunds to the customers
  • Manage good and qualified lead generation

What We Offer

  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
  • Hybrid work options
  • Salary conditions: 1050€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1400€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick up
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  • Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
