International Business Development Manager with Multilingual Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Search People. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a wide range of customers in the DACH market. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up purchase orders, developing budgets, structuring logistics activities, and providing commercial follow-up.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a high level of Croatian proficiency (C1) and possess professional experience in sales and/or customer service. Additionally, you should be familiar with basic computer tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will be responsible for being present at international fairs and serving as the corporate communication representative of the company image. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 based on industry standards and location.
