Job Summary
Meliá Hotels International S.A. is seeking a skilled Aura Host to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure seamless guest experiences through personalized attention and proactive issue resolution
• Utilize customer experience management tools to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to address guest needs and requests
• Provide expert knowledge of Lisbon and offer tailored recommendations to guests
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Hospitality degree or equivalent
• Strong quality and customer service orientation
