Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves building relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and advising on our range of products.

A Day in the Life

As a Coffee Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending customer contacts via email, chat, or phone
  • Searching for new clients to sell our roasted products
  • Advising customers on our products and services
  • Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Maximizing sales of all available The Folks products
What Makes You Successful

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • English proficiency is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of specialty coffee
  • Strong relational and communication skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude
  • A strong work ethic and respectfulness
