Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role will be the first point of contact for employees and external visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of our offices
  • Reception duties
  • Assistance with setting up and tracking company equipment
  • Distributing mail and coordinating courier services
  • Ensuring sufficient office supplies and stationery
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for business trips
  • On-boarding new joiners
  • Promoting good company culture and organizing events
  • Maintaining health and safety procedures and building security
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving attitude
  • Previous experience in secretarial/administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Google apps and office equipment
