Rydoo, a fintech scale-up revolutionizing expense management, seeks a skilled Revenue Systems Owner to join their Revenue Operations team.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving revenue tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective processes, and ensuring data quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining tools and setting up objects, fields, and automations for accurate analysis and user experience
- Designing, translating, implementing, and testing process changes reflected in the tool stack
- Managing and resolving tool-related tickets promptly
- Leading initiatives for data quality improvement through proactive analysis and end-user enablement
A strong understanding of Salesforce administration is essential, with experience in cleaning up legacy data quality issues highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of Salesforce administrator experience
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and experiment with solutions
- An experimental and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in cleaning up legacy data quality issues (a big added advantage)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with end-users
- A healthy dose of curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions
