Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our contract and procurement functions across various departments at Amgen. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and will be responsible for supporting contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, and other key administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day ACSS support across different functions to Amgen.
- Support contract management, PO lifecycle management, and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting.
- Manage contract templates and repositories creation (non-legal).
- Support the audit team with any requirements/information.
- Recognize and escalate problems or risks as they arise in line with business requirements.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience and skills in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels.
- Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility.
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
