Project Overview

Taleo Consulting is a management consulting group with offices in several international locations. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our consulting team for a large bank in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regulatory Expertise: Utilize your in-depth understanding of MiFID/R II & III regulations to provide insights and guidance to the consulting team.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for the operational implementation of MiFID/R II.
  3. Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  4. ESG Expertise: Apply your knowledge and expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analysis to assess the impact of regulations on bank operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of MiFID/R II & MiFID/R III regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
