About the Role

Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting additional services to customers in the European rail travel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Offer information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services to customers.
  • Process registrations of new product purchases.
  • Promote newly launched products to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact.
  • Achieve performance targets defined by the project.
  • Ensure department success and guarantee client satisfaction with a high level of quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A native level of German and good English language skills.
  • Passion for the Travel and Tourism industry, with studies or experience being a significant plus.
  • A professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Dynamism and self-motivation.
  • An open-minded and team-oriented approach.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities.
  • EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

  • Competitive salary: €1000 gross/month x 14 months (approximately €14,000/year) + up to €100/month performance bonus.
