Job DescriptionThis position executes data acquisition processes and sample maintenance for Consumer Panel households in Germany. The successful candidate will have a local presence, ensuring smooth hand-offs in operations. They will work with various teams, including Input validation and Statistical Operations, to understand and represent local market conditions.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Executing reception processes and associated project work for Germany. Onshore project work will require a local presence, such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
- Sample maintenance (recruitment requirements)
- Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, website, conquest, surveys, communications...)
- Scanner and mobile application software maintenance
- Call center panel supervision and support Teleperformance (Lisbon) & OLR (USA)
- Direct attention to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (Italy) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (USA) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc...
- Works in partnership with the country's Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
- Work with Recruitment in-house team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- ability to speak fluent English and German;
- experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams;
- experience handling and manipulating data;
- ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation;
- ability to work in an individual and/or team setting.
