Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer (NJE) - NetJets Europe

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team at NetJets Europe. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and support to our business operations within Europe.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive legal review and analysis of contracts with suppliers and conducting negotiations to ensure favorable terms;
  • Drafting and revising contract templates in accordance with procurement needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
  • Offering expert legal support and advice on supplier contract and regulatory compliance matters;
  • Verifying contracts and preparing documentation to guarantee corporate or individual compliance of NJE clients;
  • Assisting the contract team in reviewing sales contracts and drafting complex letter of confirmation wording;
  • Providing training to the contracts team on legal matters related to sales contracts and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements;
  • Managing and maintaining Aeronautical Registration and information with Portuguese Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC);
  • Managing and maintaining certificates pertaining to NetJets business and Aircraft Operator Certificate requirements at ANAC and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA);
  • Advising on employment matters, benefits systems, and collective bargaining agreements to ensure compliance with employment laws;
  • Identifying and assessing legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area;
  • Preparing information on legislation applicable to various areas where NetJets operates and conducting training sessions;
  • Conducting common litigation activities, including negotiation, legal writing, oral advocacy, and counseling;
  • Creating and maintaining a corporate records, legal library, reference manuals, and resource materials;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and legal team members.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • A minimum of 5 years law bar admission;
  • A minimum of 7 years of legal experience in private practice and/or in-house (in-house experience is preferred);
  • Solid experience in employment law;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
