Administrative Officer for Purchase Operations

Adecco is looking for a skilled Purchase Administrative Officer to join one of its prestigious clients, a leading supply chain management company. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's success and grow your career in the purchasing area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the administrative part of purchase, including billing and invoicing according to customer specifications
- Check and validate supplier invoices according to country-specific requirements
- Guarantee that processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid
- Provide analysis and insights to help follow up or forecast purchase activity
- Ensure respect for rules and standards of the task
- Identify and indicate deviations
- Maintain good operational and day-to-day customer relationships
Requirements
- Graduated High school from finance, business administration, or accounting degree or similar
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a shared service environment
- Good knowledge in purchase invoices validation tools
- Rigorous, strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to solve problems
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel
- Language: English mandatory (minimum B2)
What We Offer
- Base Salary: 1,100€
- Meal Allowance: 8.32€/day
- Working hours: 08:30h - 17:30h (Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working regime
- Workload: 40 hours / week
