Role Overview

This position requires an exceptional Front Desk Ambassador to manage bookings and ensure smooth communication with partners, customers (owners, guests, and suppliers), and internal teams. You'll be responsible for handling all reservations, guaranteeing workflow efficiency before, during, and after stays, while maintaining a positive guest experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

You will prioritize tasks, multitask, and provide solutions to guests via Zendesk, the chosen ticket system, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support, guidance, and solutions or answers to guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Manage customer inquiries, being the guarantor of customer satisfaction through responses and actions.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks including general administration and reception area duties.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to achieve better customer service with fast response times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and schedule cleaning accordingly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong passion for delivering great service and being guest-focused.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive personality.
  • Good communication skills in English, with further language skills in French or Spanish considered an asset.
  • Available for working evening and night shifts (15h-00h and 00h-08h) five days a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
