Customer Support Specialist

Are you looking for a rewarding career in customer support? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern office on a bi-weekly basis. You will be kit out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
We offer a competitive experience-based salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 30 days paid leave, health and dental insurance, personal life insurance, disability coverage, a personal interest allowance, external learning support, and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising directly with our players via a messaging service tool and occasionally via our ticketing system to answer their questions and resolve their queries;
- Providing fast, accurate, thorough, and friendly responses;
- Staying fully up-to-date with all of the PokerStars Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures;
- Assisting our players as requested by management;
- Enjoying a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets;
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, be customer-obsessed, possess the ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and be tech-savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools.
