Customer Support Agent in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Finnish (C2 Level or Native). Good knowledge of English (B1 level) is also essential. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish (C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Previous experience or contact with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
