Job SummaryWe're seeking a passionate and motivated SMB Growth Leader to lead the growth for our Small and Medium Business segment in EMEA. This role will allow you to work closely with our outsourced vendors and act as the voice of the customer for our internal teams and cross-functional partners.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape our go-to-market approach and focus on lead generation and advertiser acquisition efforts. Additionally, the role will influence other functions, such as Account Management & Agency, as well as international SMB teams.
About the Role- Fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in EMEA
- Devise strategies that ensure the vendors deliver on growth across the Acquisitions and Existing books of business
- Lead Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly business reviews with the vendor, managing ongoing action items and ensuring the vendor is driving to completion
- Drive optimizations of workflows/processes at our vendor sites, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations
- 5+ years of Sales Vendor Management experience
- A proven background in building/running outsourced sales operations
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
