Overview
In the role of Technical Sales Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Personal Care sector. With a focus on technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving new sales opportunities.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around 95,000 to 110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
You will lead technical expertise in the entire EMEA region, driving business objectives and fast-tracking the creation of new business opportunities across all tiers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with technology, marketing, and sales teams, resolving and troubleshooting technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing, and developing and enhancing technical relationships with current and new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge of product formulation in the personal care sector, understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Leadership skills are essential, including the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and vision to align technical efforts with company goals. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, are also required.
