The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing logistical concepts that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance delivery performance. This role involves close collaboration with central functions like Supply Chain Management to ensure seamless project implementation.

• Designing and integrating logistics processes under lean management principles within the Trofa plant.
  
• Monitoring and analyzing logistics processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Coolaborating with Supply Chain Management to implement logistics projects.
  
• Creating cost calculations and feasibility studies for logistics investments.
  
• Acting as a liaison between logistics, supply chain, production, and quality management teams.
  
• Developing training programs to educate employees on logistics processes.
  

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 
  
• A degree in commercial or technical studies with a focus on logistics or engineering.
  
• Experience in automotive logistics, preferably with a focus on transport management.
  
• Excellent MS-Office skills, including proficiency in SQL and database management.
  
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
