At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent chance to provide top-notch customer support and experience the vibrant Portuguese culture.

The Role: As a German Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will also assist customers with product and service-related questions, maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions. Your role will involve accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system and collaborating with team members to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify and escalate issues as needed.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with fluency in German and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is an advantage, but not required. Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus, but we encourage candidates from various backgrounds to apply. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers are essential. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We Offer:

* Relocation bonus of €2500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle for candidates moving from outside Portugal
* €1000 gross offered to support candidates moving from within Portugal (100 km away from Lisbon or more)

We offer full-time positions with shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 11 PM. Immediate availability is preferred, but we are open to discussing alternative start dates.
