Robert Walters Plc is a leading international consultancy seeking a skilled Business Development Marketing Professional to join our Lisbon team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive strategic marketing and communications initiatives for the Portugal region.
About the Position
We are looking for a creative, multitasking individual with a hands-on approach who can bring projects to life. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a 360-degree multichannel approach and content marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Tropicalize Global Marketing strategies for the Portuguese market
- Create informative and promotional campaigns across multiple channels (email, press, social media, events, website, etc.)
- Manage and create content for various platforms, including websites and social media
- Coordinate contracts and budgets for marketing platforms, including job portals
- Manage and propose strategic partnerships and events with professional associations and educational institutions
- Draft press releases and maintain regular contact with media outlets
- Plan, manage, maintenance, launch, post-analysis, reporting and optimization of communication and marketing activities for Robert Walters in Portugal
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of up to 3 years of experience in similar marketing functions is required, with proficiency in English (C1-C2 level). Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage. Experience in Digital, managing 360-degree marcom campaigns, and advanced skills in writing, social media, PR, email marketing, and event organization are highly valued. Familiarity with Google Analytics/Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, and Adobe suite is a plus.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and local market conditions.
