We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Buscojobs Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our sales strategy.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time position based from home, with working hours from 14h00 to 22h00 Monday to Friday. You will be expected to provide ongoing client relationship management, maintain customer satisfaction, and communicate business status to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to sales and business strategy.
  • Provide ongoing client relationship management to create long-term successful partnerships.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by following up, controlling, and analyzing existing partnerships.
  • Communicate business status to the team, including sales updates and weekly reports.
  • Offer technical and after-sale assistance to clients.
  • Visit clients and participate in trade shows in the United States.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales expert skills and a collaboration-driven mindset.
  • Business-oriented, dynamic, and eager to be an important player in the market.
  • Bilingual in French and Italian (a plus).
  • Team player, critical thinking, and ability to use own initiative.
  • People-oriented, able to solve daily problems/productively, and attention to detail.
