Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Optimization Director to oversee our revenue management activities across 7 hotels of the Savoy Signature collection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maximizing revenues and profit through pricing, positioning, and inventory management.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance and access to social advantages within the Group.
Key Responsibilities: As Revenue Optimization Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize pricing and revenue growth across all hotel segments. You will also oversee demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis processes, ensuring accurate data-driven decisions.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Revenue Management
- In-depth understanding of tools – spreadsheets and statistical methods for analyzing data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills: Experience in the hospitality industry, strong analytical skills, and ability to use PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies.
