We are a leading multinational company seeking a Customer Service Representative with native level written and verbal communication skills in Dutch to join our team in Lisbon, one of the trendiest cities in Europe. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is able to handle confidential information, and possesses experience in customer service (preferable).

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for inbound customer service for reservations, purchases of services or goods, as well as assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return, and exchange, and further questions about customer accounts. You will also manage changes, adjustments, complaints, and any other customer concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you must have a native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, good knowledge of English (B1 Level), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information and have experience in customer service (preferable).

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
