Live Support Administrator

As a Live Support Administrator at Stats Perform, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. This includes resolving operational queries, escalating issues, and ensuring timely communication with our teams. If you have a passion for sports and a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level customer support via ticketing systems and instant messaging platforms
* Ensure timely escalation of customer queries to other support units
* Deal with match day-related game requests, fixture updates, and match cancellations
* Administer games, handle new game offers, competition format changes, and communicate with operational managers
* Supervise and assist Supporter staff during live data collection, performing corrective actions as needed
* Escalate incidents properly and collaborate closely with other business units
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1-year experience in the betting industry
* In-depth knowledge of the RunningBall product and sports portfolio
* Strong multitasking skills to handle client queries and observe multiple games simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to work under pressure
* Flexibility to work in a 24/7 live environment with peak times at weekends and night shifts
* Excellent command of English in verbal and written form
* Profound knowledge of technical devices and MS Office package
