We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at CPM International. This role will involve providing multilingual support to clients worldwide, focusing on customer service, sales, and technical support solutions.

CPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries, offering tailored support to diverse markets. We prioritize customer service, sales, and technical support solutions for clients globally.

About the Role

This position is a part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) with a temporary contract (3-month contract with 1-month probation period). The working days/hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You will be based in Barcelona (La Sagrera) and will have access to hybrid work arrangements, including 4 days per month at the office for training purposes.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing multilingual support to clients via telephone, email, chat, and social media;
  • Analyzing consumer problems and offering individual solutions;
  • Developing a sound understanding of New Balance products and services;
  • Becoming an expert on all things New Balance;
  • Embracing company values and acting as a brand ambassador.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills;
  • A high level of English (Both written and spoken);
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
  • The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy;
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
