We're on a mission to help every company go beyond the books, and we're looking for an experienced customer experience professional to join our Spanish team.
As an Enterprise Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving adoption and nurturing of our customers in the Spanish market. With over 4000 customers already onboarded, this role requires creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to provide value and support with a 1:many-approach.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features
- Making sure customers learn about and use all the features we offer at Pleo
