International Sales Development Representative

**Role Overview**
We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join our commercial team at our international hub in Lisbon. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your responsibilities include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Account Executives.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in German and English
- Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
- A motivated and ambitious mindset, eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
- The ability to take initiative and achieve results
- Comfort with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
- The drive to meet sales targets and exceed expectations
**Compensation and Benefits**
This position offers an excellent competitive basic salary of €38,500-42,500 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€50K OTE). Additional benefits include a hybrid work model, catered lunch in the Lisbon office, private health insurance, 25 days of holiday + public holidays (with option to buy additional days), well-being days, and paid parental leave.
