Customer Experience Advocate in Lisbon

As a Customer Care Specialist with our multinational organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction across various touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints through mutual compromise, upholding the positive reputation of our major brand, and acting in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
Requirements- You are a native German speaker
- You have completed your school education
- You possess an English level of B2 or B1 (depending on the position)
- You hold a valid work permit for Portugal
- You are open-minded and willing to take on a job abroad
We offer a long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year, full-time working hours (40h/week) from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 7am-10pm, and a rotational schedule. The compensation includes:
- Including free accommodation: €950 gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: €1350 gross/month
We provide additional benefits for international candidates, such as reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pickup, yearly two-way flight tickets, assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, and language classes.
