About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Event Coordinator - Global Communications Expert. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating our global events strategy, ensuring seamless execution of our participation in international trade shows, conferences, and other events.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of Defined.ai's presence at international events, including conducting research, managing event calendars, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Managing vendor relationships and logistics to ensure cost-effective and high-quality support for our events.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, business development) to align event objectives with overall business goals.
  • Providing post-event support by working with demand generation and sales support teams to monitor lead generation from events and maximize our presence and impact.
  • Assisting in the execution of our broader communication strategy, including managing incoming communications requests and supporting social media and media relations efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in event management, preferably with international experience in B2B industries and/or technology sectors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex logistics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively with distributed teams and managing remote communication.
  • Proficient English language skills; knowledge of Portuguese and other European languages is a plus.
