We are currently seeking a Strategic Growth Officer to join our team and help us continue to build our success story.
Job Summary:
The Strategic Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing new tactical campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors. This includes using consultative sales approaches and strong business acumen to engage with marketing and brand managers at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure new tactical campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients
- Use consultative sales approach to engage with marketing and brand managers
- Understand client challenges and objectives, then craft innovative solutions to drive measurable results
- Focus on securing 1-3 month campaign projects with opportunities to identify larger, multi-year contract prospects
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements:
We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for networking and building relationships. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) and familiarity with loyalty, SaaS, media, or other B2B sectors is a bonus.
