Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and good command of English.
  • Energetic and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Intercultural mindset and ability to work with diverse nationalities.
Benefits:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts.
  • Salary: 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1298€ excluding accommodation.
