A Transformational Business Strategist will help clients unlock the value of technology and accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, is seeking a skilled professional to join its team. As a Transformational Business Strategist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Management, Economics, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in management consulting. You will also be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, and have experience working with stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improvement;
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals;
- Providing expertise and guidance on organizational transformation, customer experience, and sustainability;
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve results.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
