About the Role

\

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven sales professional to join our international team based in Barcelona. As a Sales Performance Expert, you will be responsible for expanding our client base across Europe through B2B phone sales.

\

Responsibilities

\

Proactively engage with potential independent retailers via cold calling
Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop
Establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone
Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

\

Confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation
Thrives on surpassing targets and embraces challenges
Resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination
Naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making

We Offer

Salary: €50,000 (OTE: €35,000 base salary + uncapped commission)

Language Skills: Full business proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English is essential
